1. Order Processing

All orders placed on our website are processed within 2–4 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Custom-made rugs (Tufted or Hand-Knotted) have separate production timelines listed below.


2. Production Timelines (Made-to-Order Rugs)

Many of our rugs are handcrafted and made to order. Production times vary by technique:

Tufted Rugs

Hand-Knotted Rugs

These timelines do not include shipping time.
Since our products are handmade, minor variations in timeline may occur.


3. Shipping Time

Once production is complete and the order is ready for dispatch, shipping usually takes:

  • Domestic Shipping (within your country): 4–10 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs clearance, courier delays, or destination-specific restrictions.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Order weight/volume

  • Courier service available

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions on select orders.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes:

  • Tracking number

  • Courier service details

  • Link to track your shipment

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


6. Delayed or Lost Packages

BlueSaffron is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Customs procedures

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Courier network issues

If your package appears lost or severely delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in coordinating with the courier.


7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address results in delivery failure or return-to-sender, additional shipping fees may apply.


8. International Shipping & Customs

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Customs processing may extend delivery timelines.
    BlueSaffron is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities.


9. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability or production timelines.
You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
