Return & Exchange

At Blue Saffron, we take great pride in delivering high-quality products. All items undergo strict quality checks before shipping. To maintain product authenticity and hygiene standards, all sales are considered final.

However, we understand that issues may occasionally occur. For this reason, we accept returns only in the case of genuine manufacturing defects.


1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

A return or exchange is accepted only if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired or corrected.

  • The defect is reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags, labels, and accessories.


2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse.

  • Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories.

  • Products that have been used, altered, or washed.

  • Orders placed by mistake or due to change of mind.

  • Sale items, discounted items, or promotional offers.

All sales are final.


3. Reporting a Manufacturing Defect

If your product has a defect:

  1. Email us at contact@bluesaffron.co.in or contact us via WhatsApp/Support.

  2. Attach clear photos or videos showing the defect.

  3. Our quality team will review and update you within 2–3 business days.

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or

  • A store credit of equivalent value if the product is unavailable.


4. Shipping Costs

  • If the defect is verified, Blue Saffron will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is not due to a manufacturing defect, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges and the return will not be accepted.


5. Order Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, as processing begins immediately.


6. Damaged During Transit

If your product was damaged during delivery:

  • Report it within 24 hours with package opening video/photos.

  • We will assist with replacement based on verification.
